Duties:
- Assist field representatives on all distribution, marketing, and ad sales initiatives to identify and secure TNS network content distribution and to promote the Turner brands with our affiliates.
- Demonstrates excellent client service by establishing strong relationships with our affiliates and by responding to their day-to day questions and requests for materials ( ad slicks, one sheet, tagable spots, programming grids etc).
- Works closely with our affiliates to create and maintain accurate data within the sales database, including subscriber counts, service carriage levels, and primary contacts and blackouts requirements.
- Initiates and participates in various data verification and database integrity analyses to further ensure data accuracy.
- Partners with TNS Internal clients such as the Sales Operations, Distribution Technology, Financial Services and Contracts Administrations departments to share information and accomplish project goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational analytical, researching and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive proactive end detailed oriented work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize and judge multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- College degree (or equivalent experience).
- Previous Internships or cable industry experience desirable.
